Check-ins are made at our office between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In case of late arrival or arrival on a Saturday, keys are delivered through a mailbox. However, to obtain the mailbox code, you must have paid for the entire stay, as well as the deposit, filled out everyone’s ID numbers (including babies), and signed the contract. Oncethat is done, you will be sent the code and the mailbox number to retrieve the keys. This check-in method must be scheduled at least by 8:00 a.m. before arrival.

Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries the following extra charges:
- From 19:00 to 22:00 EUR 60;
- From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 100.
