- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 2412, 2512, 2612, 3112 and 0101 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied (€6.25personnight, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint andor the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine) the guest.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
